Add a Substitute

Add subs before clicking Generate Schedule so the engine includes them in the court assignments.

How It Works

1. Check Availability: System uses most recent availability data
2. Select Players:
   • Weekly players who are available
   • EOW players on their week
   • If more than 20 available, benches players with highest consecutive play count
3. Create Assignments:
   • John Guy → Court 4 (if playing)
   • Lee Johnson → Court 5 (if playing, else Matt Barrow)
   • Other courts assigned by rating balance
   • Avoids A+C pairings
   • Minimizes same-court repeats
4. Review & Publish: Review assignments, make changes if needed, then publish
